About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with high-value clients.

What you’ll be doing at albo:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Track sales activities and forecast performance using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Provide market feedback to help refine product offerings and strategies.

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Project management skills.
  • Hands-on: You are energized by rolling up your sleeves, making things happen, and enabling your team to do the same.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to communicate internally and externally, quickly build relationships, and work cross-functionally.
  • Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. You are supremely organized and see what needs to happen to achieve goals.
  • Results & Data Driven: You understand the business metrics you are responsible for and demonstrate these insights to drive constant improvement.
