We're in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to bolster our vibrant, high-velocity sales division. Reporting directly to our CRO, your role will be pivotal in our global outreach and in optimizing our SaaS-focused commercial selling motion.
This role is tailor-made for individuals who thrive in energetic settings, boast a strong track record in sales leadership, and have an adeptness at guiding top-notch teams to achieve their best.
- Lead a team of dedicated commercial sales representatives, focusing on closing SaaS deals across the EMEA market.
- Design and roll out effective sales strategies to boost revenue, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding sales quotas within our agile sales cycle.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring a deep understanding of their immediate commercial needs and challenges.
- Spearhead outbound prospecting initiatives to tap into new business opportunities within the designated sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams such as marketing, operations, and product, ensuring a smooth customer experience from onboarding to ongoing satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, offering timely updates and insights to the executive team.
- Efficiently navigates the organization's internal structure, ensuring clear communication and fostering collaborative strategies for commercial sales initiatives.
- 2-3 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales in a dynamic SaaS environment.
- At least 3 years of sales expertise, especially in navigating a shorter sales cycle (21-60 days).
- Demonstrated a proactive approach with the capability to initiate outbound prospecting efforts and generate new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with value-based selling and sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC.
- A solid grasp of the SaaS industry or a genuine passion for it.
- Previous experience leading a diverse sales team is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, equipped to build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
