As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales department is hiring a GSI leader to spearhead an aggressive strategy to expand our Elite Partner Program with Americas-based GSIs. Additional responsibilities may include working with top US Federal SIs & other global strategic partners.

This individual will play a key role in driving our continued global growth through a select group of strategic relationships with leading global cybersecurity GTM partners. The GSI Leader will report to the Head of Global Partner Sales and will be responsible for expanding Nozomi’s footprint in our current GSI partner base, while assisting with new strategic relationships with global strategic partners.

The best candidates will have demonstrated success and experience in “sell with” and “sell through” models with major global strategic partners in this space such as Accenture, Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), Google, IBM, and other similar global partners. Experience in driving strategic technology-led sales initiatives within the GSI, MSSP or consultancy model is required. The GSI Director will work closely with Nozomi Networks teams across GTM, PS, Customer Success, and Product. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial high-growth environment. Candidate must have demonstrated passion for cybersecurity, team playing, cyber physical systems security platforms and securing the world’s critical infrastructure.


In this role, you will:

  • Execute global GTM strategy for highly strategic GSIs and global partners.
  • Build on existing relationships within Nozomi’s Elite Partner community and recruit new relevant partners when necessary
  • Ongoing enablement of partner ecosystem and management of GSI partner relationships
  • Present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual metrics reporting by partner
  • Lead executive QBRs and Value Business Reviews with strategic partners and Nozomi executives
  • Embrace ”One Team” approach in all activities
  • Execute against the business plan and with dynamic adaptation tactically and strategically, to serve our customers, Nozomi Networks and our
    partner ecosystem
  • Exceed quarterly results for sales bookings with a focus on driving New Logos and New ACV through assigned strategic partners
  • Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends
  • Attend industry trade shows and security related conferences in support of partner engagement activities
  • Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders, assigned GSI partners and team members
  • Provide input into overall partner ecosystem strategy and PRM activities
  • Work closely with Marketing to execute promotions, campaigns and awareness through assigned partners

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 7 years+ experience in a sales role managing and leading GSI partner accounts
    focused on cybersecurity or related software products
  • Demonstrated experience executing global GTM strategy with GSI partners
  • CISO level selling is highly preferred
  • Salesforce, Clari, and Impartner experience
  • Ability to drive executive conversations towards economic value, operational resiliency and total ROI is a must
  • Highly motivated and adept at consistently exceeding sales bookings targets
  • Must be able to adapt to change quickly and with minimal downtime
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners,
    executives, and customers on a daily basis
  • Experience in US Federal SI is a plus
  • Spanish and/or Italian proficiency is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in working with EMEA and APAC based GSI partners is a plus.
  • MBA preferred, bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering or technology preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more – including some international travel

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $131,800 - $225,800. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
