About Archive

Join Archive in our mission to change consumer shopping behavior for the better. If you think humans buy too much stuff and throw too much away, then this problem is for you. As the leading technology platform for branded resale, we now power circular businesses for 50+ brands globally including Lululemon, The North Face and New Balance.

We are growing our team of highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to help build the most delightful user experience for shopping used items, and the software to help brands make this a significant part of their business. If this mission speaks to you, come join us as we grow our share of the booming second hand market—projected to grow 3X faster than the overall global apparel market and to hit $350 Billion globally by 2028.

About this role

We are seeking a senior, highly credible operator to serve as the embedded execution leader across our 3PL warehouse network. Your job will be to ensure that our existing warehouse partnerships are executing at the highest possible level every day—operationally, technically, and strategically. You will work directly with our partners, our team, and our brands

You will live at the intersection of:

  • Brand Partnerships

  • Warehouse floor reality

  • Our software platform in production

  • Cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Growth

Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring that our brand resale businesses are actually working at scale.

What you'll do

  • Be the execution bridge between warehouse & customers on the ground at our warehouses.

  • Create scaleable systems and process to work across many points of contact at our customers, Archive, and our 3PL partners.

  • Diagnose a range of issues including WMS usage gaps, data integrity issues, workflow mismatches, and systemic process friction.

  • Partner with Head of Resale Ops to enhance, deliver, and maintain our 3PL software offerings

  • Attend customer facing calls as an advisor/escalation point to help customers get the most out of our 3PL relationships. Support customer and prospect visits to 3PLs.

  • Creation and ownership of customer facing scorecard focused on operational and commercial success.

  • Work closely with Growth and Implementation teams to make proactive inventory recommendations, unblock issues, and prioritize 3PL resourcing across our customers.

  • Be the voice of 3PL stakeholder - Serve as the real-world feedback loop between production warehouses and Engineering/Product - Translate warehouse reality into actionable product requests.

  • Support 3PL partners to reduce performance bottlenecks and process breakdowns.

  • Partner directly with floor managers, supervisors, and ops leads at our 3PLs.

  • Ensure consistent operational execution across the network

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years in logistics, marketplace ops, supply chain, or warehouse systems - Experience working directly with 3PLs, floor operations, and WMS tools

  • Strong Experience working with, implementing, and improving software products

  • Clear communicator with engineers, non-technical stakeholders, partners, and customers

  • Experience scaling systems and process to allow for many stakeholders to stay up to date efficiently

  • Ability to independently identify technical issues and interpret data discrepancies to drive resolution.

  • Proven ability to work directly with external customers, acting as an expert advisor to guide customers down the path to business value

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with comfort operating amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.

  • Willingness to walk the floor / be hands on in order to fully understand what is happening across each of our customers and to fully support our 3PLs needs

  • Willingness to be highly on-site in Denver and travel regularly across our network

  • Demonstrated ability of implementing business strategies across logistics networks

Bonus experience

  • Previous resale experience, including familiarity with reverse logistics, recommerce operations, secondary marketplaces, or circular business models. Strong sense of what buyers/sellers need
