Beekeeper is seeking an Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables Junior Accountant to join us in our Krakow office, who will support the Finance team with the following:

Your Responsibilities

Accounts Payables

• Check and process supplier invoices and employee expenses in SAP byDesign (ERP system) and Yokoy (expense tool), including internal cost center allocation and VAT classification
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and drive resolution
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs
• Maintain system data, such as supplier and employee profiles and bank information
• Manage supplier correspondence

Accounts Receivables

• Record new customers and customer contracts including billing schedule in Chargebee
• Issue customer invoices via SAP byDesign
• Reconcile cash collections in bank account and company accounts
• Conduct collection activities to optimize cash receipts
• Manage customer correspondence

General Responsibilities

• Participate in month end closing activities
• Support process improvement activities

• Reliable personality with high attention to detail and interest in accounting

• Able to work independently whilst contributing to a remote team
• Fluent in English (C1+)

Bonus Points

• Previous work experience in AP / AR
• Work experience in technology or SaaS company
• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign / Chargebee
• German language skills
