Beekeeper
Are you passionate about driving revenue growth by connecting big-picture thinking with structured execution? As Head of Revenue Operations, EMEA, you’ll lead the Planning & Operations scope of our RevOps function and play a central role in how our commercial engine scales.
This is a role that combines strategic planning—around headcount, forecasting, and GTM rhythm—with operational enablement, supporting Sales and CS with the processes, tools, and systems they rely on every day. You’ll have a seat at the table with senior leaders, while also staying close to the field and driving impact through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to Beekeeper’s revenue growth model by aligning targets, budgets, and hiring plans with company goals
- Lead the operational rollout of quarterly and annual planning processes across Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Partner with Finance to ensure GTM plans are operationally feasible and aligned with spend
Forecasting & Execution
- Own and evolve forecasting processes across new business, expansion, and churn
- Build dashboards and reporting that bring clarity to performance, pipeline health, and business rhythm
- Drive consistent GTM cadences (forecast reviews, QBRs, retrospectives) to create accountability
Operational Support
- Ensure frontline sales teams are supported with operational needs such as deal structuring, demo environment access, and process clarity
- Optimize and scale core GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari, Planhat) in partnership with system admins and engineering
- Troubleshoot execution blockers and improve workflows to reduce friction and increase productivity
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and grow a geographically distributed Planning & Operations team (currently in Poland and North America)
- Set clear goals, coach for development, and foster a culture of responsiveness, ownership, and collaboration
- Partner with the broader Revenue Operations function to share best practices and ensure global alignment
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles in SaaS or tech companies
- OR 1-2 years in top-tier management consulting, with a strong track record in commercial or go-to-market strategy projects and a desire to transition into an in-house, hands-on leadership role
- 1-2 years as People Manager
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and turn them into action
- Systems thinker with hands-on experience optimizing tools like Salesforce, Clari, Planhat
- Strong data analysis skills—comfortable working with complex datasets to extract actionable insights, model scenarios, and inform strategic decisions
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrixed or global environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, from Execs to frontline teams
- High adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Passion for building structure, solving complex challenges, and scaling operations
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Customer Success and Sales processes, KPIs, and planning in a SaaS B2B environment
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience implementing or owning Clari and/or Planhat
