Beekeeper is looking for the most talented and passionate individuals who love to get the most out of the latest and greatest technology. We are creating a new role to further support Beekeeper’s internal SaaS landscape & and help enable our global team with top-notch IT support.
As our new IT SaaS Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of the internal SaaS Operations team, helping shape and evolve the vastly automated IT environment that enables 600+ employees worldwide. We see IT not only as a support function but as a strategic enabler of productivity, security, and scale in our cloud-native environment.
You’ll work closely with IT and Security leadership to deliver modern SaaS solutions, but also to proactively identify, implement, and optimize new ways of working.

Your Responsibilities
- IT Service Desk: Be the first point of contact for IT issues, resolving and escalating requests while spotting patterns and proposing preventive measures.
- Self-Service Enablement: Develop and maintain knowledge articles, training, and self-service solutions to empower colleagues and reduce dependency on the helpdesk.
- Employee Lifecycle Excellence: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on automation, security, and employee experience.
- Asset & SaaS Inventory: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of hardware and software assets to ensure smooth operations.
- Identity & Access Management: You’ll be supporting key access management processes like configuring new software, optimizing and maintaining tool stack settings, managing identities, and monitoring for suspicious activity to strengthen security and efficiency
- Automation and continuous improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce scripts or tools, and reduce repetitive manual work.
What we look for in you
- A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- A quick learner with previous IT support experience and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to make IT simpler, faster, and more effective.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Thrives beyond routine tasks, embracing new challenges and stepping in to create meaningful impact.
Bonus Points
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or Javascript) or iPaaS tools (Zapier, Workato, Okta Workflows)
- Familiarity with Apple or Windows device management platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Polish and/or German language knowledge is a plus
- Educational background in technical related degree
