Your mission

You'll be the technical backbone behind smooth project commissioning and complex deployments across LATAM. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams from different countries diagnosing issues, building relationships, and making sure every project lands well.

What you'll own

• Guide clients through pre-commissioning: technical assessments, third-party device integration, testing procedures, and documentation

• Support deployments end-to-end: diagnose integration issues, implement solutions, and keep projects on track without compromising quality

• Be the voice of the customer internally gather feedback, share lessons learned, and help make Elum's solutions sharper

• Collaborate across borders with teams in multiple countries to ensure seamless project execution
