O&M Manager - Utility Scale PV & SCADA Systems
Elum Energy
Job Description
You'll lead Elum's newly established maintenance team, taking full ownership of post-commissioning activities for clients under SLA agreements. Your focus will be on French HTA/HTB and Spanish NTS utility-scale projects (1–50 MW), ensuring corrective, evolutive, and preventive maintenance is delivered with excellence. You'll also play a key role in building the team's processes from the ground up — this is a builder's role as much as a manager's role.
What you'll own

Lead troubleshooting of Elum's solution for the utility-scale market
Master hardware configuration (network, I/O interfaces, power meters, inverters)
Maintain and update AutoCAD drawings to track as-built evolutions
Oversee plant network architecture for speed and high availability (Ethernet, fiber optic, IP, VLAN, VPN)
Interpret and work with technical deliverables: functional analyses, electrical diagrams, I/O lists, network architecture diagrams, exchange table mappings
Configure and troubleshoot Elum's SCADA HMI and PPC control system
Manage subcontractor activities and ensure technical alignment with clients
Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction
Identify when maintenance requests fall outside SLA scope and flag additional costs accordingly
Provide estimations for corrective, evolutive, and preventive maintenance interventions
Maintain an internal knowledge base on clients and recurring issues, leveraging AI tools to build statistics and improve the business model over time
Support post-commissioning project closure punch-lists for smooth handover to maintenance phase
Provide regular client updates on ongoing maintenance requests and gather feedback
Performance & Process
Track and report KPIs: response times, status report time, restore time, resolution time, and client satisfaction
Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance data and reports
Develop and optimize maintenance processes for efficient service delivery
Lead a continuous improvement plan to keep the team ahead of new challenges and technologies
Report regularly to senior management on team performance and areas for improvement
