Job Description
You'll own Elum's digital presence from the website to search visibility to visual content. You'll work at the crossroads of content, SEO, and data, making sure the right people find us at the right moment. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and direct impact on lead generation.
What you'll own:
Website Management (20%)
Take full ownership of the website: content, structure, and performance
Keep information accurate and up to date across all pages
Coordinate with the external web agency on technical issues and development needs
SEO & GEO Content Production (40%)
Lead SEO content projects from planning to delivery, working closely with Technical Writers and internal teams
Write and optimize website content to boost visibility on search engines including AI-driven results
Apply SEO best practices: keyword research, page structure, internal linking
Build and improve landing pages that convert visitors into leads
Visual Content Support (20%)
Create simple, on-brand visual assets for landing pages, blog posts, and email campaigns
Work with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or AI-assisted design tools
Collaborate with the team to prioritize and align on visual needs
Tracking & Analysis (20%)
Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar, and similar tools
Track key metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI search visibility
Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Measure landing page and content performance to improve engagement and conversion rates
