We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Delivery team. Your primary mission will be to help our customers become more autonomous, enabling them to address most of their needs independently. You’ll work on improving our internal processes and technical documentation, making the commissioning and use of our solutions easier, faster, and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Enhance internal processes to enhance commissioning quality and efficiency.

• Create, update, and organize technical documentation for clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs, especially for system configuration and ticket management.

• Provide first-level technical support to clients and follow up via our ticketing platform.

• Analyze customer feedback to find opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Diagnose communication/configuration issues related to Modbus protocols (RTU & TCP) with third-party devices.
