SyBridge Technologies is looking for a strategic leader to be their Site Leader for Mobility and Industrial Solutions at our two Mexico sites, Puebla and Queretaro, and report directly to the President – Mobility and Industrial Solutions.
As a key member of the senior management team, the Site Leader will set a strategic vision to drive profitability, produce high-quality products, and meet production goals to support growth. By setting clear goals for operations and growth, the Site Leader drives a continuous improvement culture, builds team engagement, and fosters strong followership. The Site Leader must maintain the highest level of integrity and lead by example in all areas.
This is a tremendous opportunity for the individual looking to drive operational excellence in a complex, multi-plant environment. This role is based in Puebla but will require frequent travel to the Queretaro facility.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a thorough understanding and review process of all safety, manufacturing, cost, quality, and service metrics, and ensure the business is driving toward continuous improvement in each of these areas.
- Ensure staffing levels in the plant are at proper levels to meet schedules and lead times while optimizing manufacturing expenses.
- Ensure a strong focus on EHS to meet requirements and improve safety through behavioralbased safety practices and other leading indicators.
- Evaluate and optimize plant operation costs and metrics to meet operating budgets while improving production yields.Ensure quality improvements and standards are met.
- Constructively challenge the status quo to drive changes needed to implement and sustain process improvements; champion the development of a continuous improvement culture.
- Focus on waste elimination.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding all manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with the SyBridge Business System team to implement a Lean operating system and drive lean transformation across all manufacturing sites.
- Mentor, coach, and empower functional leaders to drive a culture of high performance, customer satisfaction, and servant leadership.
- Provide regular supervision and oversee manufacturing processes at all locations to drive stronger results while promoting creativity, innovation, and proactive problemsolving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management; advanced degree preferred.
- At least five years in a tooling, machining, and manufacturing/operations leadership role with a strong background in Lean Enterprise and Transformation, embodying the "servant leadership" philosophy.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, including Black/Green Belt certification and familiarity with the Toyota Production System, preferred.
- Exceptional financial and business acumen, with the ability to plan globally across multiple manufacturing facilities to ensure consistency and maximize efficiencies.
- Proven ability to establish and hold accountability for metrics, as well as lead change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a talent for influencing others and building respectful relationships throughout the organization.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Displays a sense of urgency and a bias for action, capable of making tough decisions when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Track record of building high-performance teams, developing and mentoring talent, and achieving results through effective delegation.
- Demonstrated commitment to improving operational performance through hands-on leadership engagement at the floor level.
- Experience and knowledge in the application of lean principles (Kaizen, 5S, A3, value stream mapping, etc.).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience.
