Position Summary

As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator SyBridge Digital Solution's Additive Manufacturing team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of products through the shipping process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to Shipping and Receiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping.

• Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and customs documentation.

• Implement and maintain shipping best practices to optimize efficiency.

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.

• Update inventory systems and communicate with relevant departments to ensure accurate stock levels.

• Ensure all received items are correctly labeled, stored, and documented.

• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement and production teams to avoid stockouts or overages.

• Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates.

• Foster positive relationships with carriers and negotiate favorable shipping terms.

Qualifications

• Computer data entry experience working with Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or ERP software.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Must present a positive, professional, and energetic attitude, be able to work in a team, be proactive and remain self-motivated.

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred; not required.

• Must be available from Monday to Friday.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.

• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift.

• Physical ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently.

• High attention to detail and monitor quality/quantity of inventory.

• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
