Press Operator

Full Time – Hourly

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a dependable Press Operator to operate molding presses and support manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring molded components meet quality and production standards while maintaining safe operating procedures.

The Press Operator works closely with production leaders, technicians, and quality teams to maintain efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Operateinjection molding presses according to established procedures
• 
  Monitormachines and adjust operations as required
• Inspect molded parts to verify quality and specifications

  Maintainproduction records and documentation
• Follow safety procedures andmaintainclean work areas

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Experience operating molding presses or production equipment preferred
  
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work procedures
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
