Your role: Product Manager, Hardware

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our Product and Engineering team in Copenhagen. As a Product Manager at Monta, you will play a vital role in the Hardware squad in our Charge Point Infrastructure Division. You’ll be working closely with our more than 100 Hardware Partners to understand their needs and challenges to deliver a frictionless charging experience on the Monta platform. You’ll be supporting them in complying to the market requirements, and influence them to comply with our innovative features to stay competitive and on the forefront of the industry. You’ll be achieving this with the rest of the full-stack team, which will enable us to deliver end-to-end solutions throughout our product-suite targeted Hardware Partners.

Your overarching mission is to make sure that Monta and our partners are ready for mass adoption of electrical vehicles, where a frictionless charging experience will be on the forefront of making this mass-adoption a reality. You don’t settle for the current industry standard of 85% successful charges! You’ll be laser-focused on making Monta the industry standard for quality at 98% successful charges, and will achieve this by equipping our Hardware Partners with the tools needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaboration: Work closely with charge point manufacturers to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations in enhancing the charging experience.
• Innovation: Drive the development and implementation of innovative features that empower charge point manufacturers with better data insights, proactive troubleshooting tools, and benchmarking capabilities.
• Industry Leadership: Ensure that Monta and our Hardware Partners are at the forefront of the EV charging industry by staying ahead of trends, identifying opportunities, and guiding the development of cutting-edge solutions.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders, including charge point manufacturers, to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other Product and Engineering teams, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
