The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of Monta's growth in North America. You'll identify new opportunities, engage prospects, and build the pipeline that fuels our sales engine.

This is a high-impact role with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.


What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently generating qualified pipeline

  • Strong collaboration with sales and marketing

  • Continuous improvement through coaching and training

  • Building a foundation to grow into an Account Executive role


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage outbound leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn

  • Partner with Account Executives to break into target accounts

  • Qualify opportunities and generate high-quality pipeline

  • Become an expert in Monta's platform and value proposition

  • Use tools like HubSpot, AmpleMarket, Gong, and Sales Navigator

  • Analyze market trend and signals to guide outreach

  • Hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets


What We’re Looking For

  • Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn

  • 6+ months in sales development or similar experience

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Comfort with cold outreach and prospecting

  • Coachable mindset and resilience

  • Fluent in English
