We're looking for a Product Marketing Student Assistant who's ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.
This Is What You Will Achieve
Bridge product and commercial — your work connects product development to the conversations that win deals.
Build something that scales — you'll have the opportunity to support the roll out of a product enablement program that leaves a lasting mark on the team.
Own the product enablement program — you'll directly shape how the sales team understands and sells Monta's solutions and services.
What You’ll Do
Support product marketing tasks — contribute to product launches, market positioning, and competitive research.
Enable the sales team — develop and maintain sales enablement materials, training content, and asset libraries that help the team close deals.
Own the product enablement program — design, roll out, and continuously improve a structured enablement program for the sales team.
Collaborate with the product team — work closely with Product to identify learning opportunities and prepare sessions that keep sales sharp on what Monta builds.
Conduct market research and data analysis — turn market signals and internal data into insights that sharpen our positioning.
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled student — ideally in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Structured and detail-oriented — you can take a complex product story and break it into clear, actionable content.
Collaborative by nature — you enjoy working across teams, especially in the space between product and sales.
Self-starter with ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do next; you see a gap and fill it.
Strong written communicator — you write clearly in English and can adapt your tone for different audiences.
Analytical and curious — comfortable working with data to support market research and positioning decisions.
Comfortable with AI-powered tools — you use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar to accelerate your work and are eager to learn more.

AI Competency
Baseline expectation: Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Notion AI, ChatGPT, Gemini) and ability to use them to accelerate daily work.
