Job Overview:

We’re seeking a results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate leads, pipeline, and revenue for SINAI. You will be responsible for working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop multi-channel campaigns, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in demand generation, a deep understanding of buyer’s journey and sales process, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns across various channels
  • Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and drive pipeline and bookings
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance, owing metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline, and bookings
  • Develop and maintain relationships externally with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Identify and resolve challenges within the demand generation process
  • Oversee marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company

Requirements and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or related field
  • Experience at Seed through Series B enterprise software companies
  • Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM, and reporting
  • Proficiency with ABM campaigns and ABM software
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A desire to learn and grow in demand generation and climate tech

Benefits & Compensation Range:

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, internal equity, skill set, experience and training. This role is also entitled to receive a 20% performance based bonus through SINAI's incentive compensation program, which is not listed in the salary range below.

For this role, the estimated base salary is between $125,000 - $175,000. This range is a guideline and representative of skill levels within the role. You should not expect to be at the top of the range unless you have complete mastery in all skills required for this role. The base salary range for this role may be modified.
