At Sitetracker, we are looking for a Procurement Manager to take charge of all Software Procurement at Sitetracker.

The successful candidate will manage the overall procurement strategy, process and systems, driving efficiency across the organization and will work with various internal departments as well as external 3rd parties.

In this role, you will work with Sitetracker’s leaders, vendors and stakeholders to define and implement the procurement process from request to contract ensuring value and transparency for all.

The Skill Set

You can demonstrate the ownership of the entire software acquisition and renewal process over the past few years
You’re a Strategic thinker, able to seamlessly navigate regular business demands as well as plan for potential complexities.
You have a history of negotiating win-win strategic vendor agreements and excel in software pricing negotiations.
You’re analytical and have strong cost modelling skills.
You’re a strong communicator and thrive on the relationships you build both internally and across suppliers and vendors.
You can juggle multiple tasks, people, and systems of varying complexities and deadlines with ease.

Within 60 Days, You'll:

Familiarize yourself with Sitetracker and our current processes
Diagnose areas of improvement
Have devised potential options and plan to improve or build upon current processes

Within 180 Days, You'll:

Have built workflows to manage new software subscription and renewals
Work with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to understand business needs and offer potential solutions
Analyze and consolidate current subscriptions and software consumption to drive reliability and cost efficiency

Within 365 Days, You'll:

Own company wide procurement management
Optimize spend by reducing redundancy
Negotiate favourable contracts with strategic suppliers
Have established yourself as a strategic business advisor across the global organization.
