Accounts Sales Manager
Position Summary
As an Account Sales Manager, you shall be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Avathon’s footprint within enterprise accounts. You will own the sales cycle — from market engagement and Enterprise relationship building to structuring deals to deliver tailored SaaS enabled AI-driven solutions that directly address client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivating relationships with prospective clients. Engaging in a discovery conversation with prospects to understand business needs and determine if Avathon solutions are a match.
- Provide market intelligence and pipeline insights to the leadership team, presenting forecasts and deal strategies with clarity and accuracy.
- Execute enterprise sales plans to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales head and participate in discovery conversations with prospects to understand business needs and determine the technical fit for our AI solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, and creating opportunities for the wider team.
- Lead deal cycles including RFPs, tenders, and pilot programs, ensuring a smooth transition to enterprise-scale rollouts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline insights within Salesforce to provide leadership with clear and accurate forecasts. Tracking, maintaining, and accurately updating customer contact records in Salesforce
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Domain Interest: Familiarity or experience in industrial sectors such as Supply Chain, Energy, Manufacturing, or Logistics is highly valued.
- AI Knowledge: A strong interest or background in selling AI, machine vision, or predictive analytics products.
- Toolbox: Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or technical background is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
