Senior Product Manager | Autonomous Mining Operations

Location: Bangalore, India (On-site)

Domain: Industrial AI, Autonomous Systems, Mining Engineering

The Mission: We are building the "Brain of the Mine." Our goal is to transform traditional, siloed mining operations into a seamless, autonomous ecosystem. We aren’t just looking for someone to move tickets in Jira; we need a visionary who understands that a 1% optimization in a processing plant or a 5-minute reduction in haulage downtime translates to millions of dollars and significantly safer environments. As our Senior Product Manager, you will sit at the intersection of heavy engineering and cutting-edge AI, designing the platform that orchestrates everything from pit to port.

What You’ll Do:

* Architect the Roadmap: Define the end-to-end product strategy for our autonomous operations platform, covering Geology, Mining, Processing, Supply Chain, and Safety.

* Bridge the Gap: Translate complex mining workflows (like ore body modeling, drill-and-blast, and mineral processing) into technical specifications for our software and AI engineering teams.

* Drive AI Integration: Identify high-value use cases for Machine Learning and AI, such as predictive maintenance for autonomous fleets, real-time grade control, and automated safety monitoring.

* Stakeholder Orchestration: Work closely with global leadership and site-level operators to ensure the product solves real-world bottlenecks, not just theoretical ones.

* Prioritize with Precision: Manage a high-stakes backlog, balancing long-term platform stability with immediate operational "wins."

Who You Are:

"You speak Geologist, Miner, and Developer fluently." The Core Essentials:

* Mining Pedigree: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining Engineering or a closely related field. You know your way around a mine site and understand the physical realities of the industry.

* Product Mastery: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within industrial automation, IoT, or enterprise-scale platforms.

* End-to-End Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the mining value chain—you can talk shop about geological modelling one minute and supply chain logistics the next.

* Tech-Forward: You aren't just "aware" of AI; you understand how to apply it to physical systems, telemetry data, and predictive analytics.

Bonus Points if:

* You have worked directly for a global mining major

* You have experience with autonomous haulage systems (AHS) or remote operations centers (ROC).

* You have a knack for turning "messy" field data into clean, actionable product insights.
